2000 nissan altima battery cable end broke off and I replaced it now the car will not start any suggestions?
the cable end arched and blew 3 pieces i replaced and now the car will not start has power but make a kinking noise and will not even try to turn over

sounds like the starter relay has failed or is damaged failure of the contact circuit.
The usual reason for this failure is a burned-out contact caused by the high current carried through the unit over time.
The energizing circuit may still function.
A "clicking" sound is the indication of this failure, caused by the contacts attempting to close.
Replacement of a starter relay is not a difficult task for someone with basic mechanical skills.
Safety first: always disconnect the battery cable before touching the relay. .
