You don't "assemble" a USED car. The factory already did that. If you want to build your own car, then I suggest you do some research on the Internet to find "KIT" cars that you can build. Factory Five racing is a good place to start... http://www.factoryfive.com/

    Assemble A Car

Sorry, but it has been known since day one that to purchase all the parts from a dealership to assemble a car is astronomically expensive. The latest figures I saw were that it would be on a ten to twenty fold formula, so this Impreza would cost about $100,000 to $300,000 to put together (that is, if you can even get all the parts, which I doubt). The closest I have seen to anything remotely similar is the program Mercedes-Benz offers, where you send your worn out classic to back to the factory and they dissemble and reassemble the car with new parts that are needed so you basically end up with a "new" old car. The last time I checked it was REALLY expensive to do this, but less than the 10 or 20 multiplier I was talking about.

Buying every part individually would be hugely expensive and very time consuming to not only source and obtain but also to then assemble after. Then you hope that you assembled everything correctly and the vehicle will fire up when it is finally done. Considering the number of parts in a modern vehicle, that is not as easy as it sounds.

Just buy a used Impreza. It will be much cheaper and you can start driving it right away.

You can buy some kind of kit car but not a factory car. The main thing is you need to know

how to build a vehicle from the ground up. Such as being able to install the engine and transmission

completely wire the vehicle such as head lights tail lights turn signals brake lights and heater wires

among many many more. Can you install the complete suspension under the vehicle. Those are

just a few of the things you will need to know how to do to build a car.

If you are talking about ordering all of the individual parts needed to assemble the car, it is MUCH more expensive than buying the same car. That's true of a new car, for a used car even more so.

A lot more expensive than buying one.

Plus you have to really know what your

    doing.

It will be more expensive, and do you REALLY know how to do this?? Do you have the tools?? Your Fisher-Price tool chest won't cut it.
