People who have quit smoking cigarettes?
I quit for vanity purposes two weeks ago. I've been smoking for three years or so, I'm only in my 20s, and I've noticed some faint fine lines start to appear. I don't want them to turn into wrinkles so I had to stop. How long was it before your skin started looking healthier?

Smoking is probably the MOST toxic thing you can do to your body - so yes, it screws with every system of your body including the skin (your largest organ).
You should look better in a couple weeks - the skin needs to replace some cells. Take some fish oil (skin likes that) - and eat eggs (sunny side up) - skin really likes eggs.

For faster recovery,i suggest you use honey because it helps in molding the skin
