HP 2000 Notebook PC Background?

I was wondering is there a way to change the login background of the HP 2000 Notebook PC also if this helps it's Intel core i3 and color black. I want to change the seattle background to somethng different. Is there a way, if so how? Thank You!~

Assuming you have W8 or 8.1

START screen → CHARMS menu (place the cursor in the bottom RH corner)

→ Personalize

Click on the solid color cell → Background color → Black

Try Tune-Up software, you can change Logon Screens and Boot Screens..
