Is that happening because is it spiritual?

The guy has been living in Texas for years.

He understand all the accents of all the states, Great Britain, Ireland etc

But people of other states are unable to understand him, many

times they say: "I'm not undestanding you", "can you repeat?" etc.

Is that spiritual?

The problem is that other people from other states think that

he's from Texas. Is it easier to a person from other state

to see that he's a foreign?

People in New Mexico thinks that he's from Texas and some

times people from Texas thinks that he's from New Mexico.

What's going on?

Is it a problem of accent, spiritual, or the way he speaks or

provocation?

What to answer to those saying, "i can't understand you",

"What?" etc?

First if all Great Britain and Ireland aren't states they are countries and are no way connected to America, appart from being allies. Secondly I don't understand how you think this is a spiritual thing. A lot of people can understand different accents.

You watch enough television, you can learn many dialects.

Dialect is the term you mean to say.

    Nothing spiritual going on here.
