How to restore my disabed card on paypal?

Im beginner on paypal and i was trying to confirm code but i didn't know and what happen is that they disabled my credit card is there any way to restore it

You have to get another card issued by the credit card company. Tell Customer Srvc what happened so they won't report it as negative activity.
