Clothing question????????

Would someone who is 4ft. 7in tall and weighs 55 pounds have trouble finding pants that don't fall off of them?

No, you just have to find a store that sells clothes of your sizing.. But if you can't find one that's suits you perfectly, just tuck it in/sew the sides.
