Speeding warning but I still got a ticket?

I was speeding well over the speed limit and I got pulled over by a NJ State Trooper. He said he would let me off with a warning, but I still ended up with a ticket. I'm not sure what to do with it (as it is the first ticket of any kind that I've received), and there is no Court ID on it. It is not a warning citation.

Either pay the fine or fight it--maybe you'll get lucky and the cop won't appear. If nothing else, just suck it up. Getting a speeding ticket is like, well, growing wisdom teeth--it happens to pretty much all of us.
