HID Blue headlight product???

This is the beam i was planning to buy although not sure will I need to buy 2 kits of this for both headlights? Or is their 2 low beams and 2 high beams? Asking on here because support is closed currently

You only need one kit. The picture of the open box shows two dual beam bulbs. It is a dual beam kit. They also have single beam kits on the same page.
FYI HID headlights are illegal on a vehicle that did not come factory equipped with them and any type of blue tinted bulbs are illegal . You're risking getting a ticket and being forced to remove them.

It's illegal in the U.S. to convert a headlight assembly to HID. And even if you ignore that, you won't be happy with the light because HID bulbs in a halogen reflector actually throw LESS light. Read this post
