Retainer not working?
I've had my retainer for about three years now, and this might be hard to believe but I've worn it almost every single night since I have gotten it. I'd say I've only not worn it like 10 nights. But the thing is I'm not sure if it's working still, because my tooth between the central incisor and the canine is being pushed back by the others. Should I make an appointment with a dentist or an orthodontist? I don't want the tooth to go back any further

Yes, you should make an appointment with the orthodontist and take the retainer with you. That would be the best person to give you advice.
