Does staying up late have negative effects?
Does it make you slow in the long term or just while you are still tired with no sleep? Also is it true that you wont live as long if you stay up late? I read that on a post on yahoo answers and now I'm scared. I don't want any negative effects in the long term on my brain and I don't want to not live as long. If I start sleeping regular will it go back to normal? This is the first time I done this for awhile. I used to do it but that was like a year ago. Someone please answer

staying up late or not getting enough sleep decreases you ability to remember the previous day. sleeping is like hitting a save button...ya
