How to play more freely on the piano?

I've been playing for 13 years, self taught, and can play some grade ten pieces, but I can't seem to play fluidly... like it is an exercise. My right hand is damaged -- delayed movements to a degree -- but overall, my playing doesn't feel natural. I watch others and they play easily. I play like I'm exerting too much force to play.

Any tips? Here is what I mean:

Your body needs to be straight up and does not jerk

Your body doesnt need to be so tensed and you wrist doesnt move.

The power comes from the fingers
