What's wrong with me?

Question

When i expose myself to cold weather for about 5 mintues, my face get blotchy and swells up. Also, my ear swells up and looses a bit color, and my fingers loose blood and turn white, sometimes even purple. There was this one time after shoveling my thighs were all itchy, and when i took off my pants, there were chicken-like small bumps on it and it was red. I am an African American teenager

..so you're not used to this climate and this is a normal reaction of the skin and body. The swelling of the face might be not, but the rest is like everybody might have. Your blood pressure could be as well a bit low, so maybe you get yourself checked by your family doctor..
