scanned cable coax and got a fedora login screen?

I scanned just to see what I could pick up with old tv and on channel 93-7 here in tucson az I came across the screen that says exactly.

Fedora release 10 (cambridge)

Kernel 2.6.27.5-117.fc10.i586 on an i686 (ttyl)

Tucson login:

Is there a way to interact or is it just broadcasting a picture.

It's a channel that's just broadcasting that picture because it's server is otherwise offline.

My flat screen has just all of a sudden started the below phrases

    "Fedora release 10 (cambridge)

Kernel 2.6.27.5-117.fc10.i586 on an i686 (ttyl)

Tucson login:" and have lost all the channels technically my TV has cease functional. What should I do in order to remove the above mentioned information.

Your help is of importance thank.
