What is tick disease in dogs?

It's not caused because of real ticks. Apparently my basest hound mix has it. What is it caused by? What is it in natural?

Well, diseases that are transmitted by ticks are Lyme and Rocky Mountain Spotted fever, to name 2. Yes, they are caused by tick bites.

So, in turn, they are caused by real ticks. I have no clue what tick borne disease your dog has. Only your vet can tell you that and give you the prescription antibiotic.

Get a correct diagnosis so you know how to really treat it, then get a good topical that repels ticks and use it.

Do you mean Bartonella? Or some other disease? WHICH 'tick' disease?
