i found a longboard its around 20-30 years old is it still safe to use.?
the board is in pretty good condition, it was mainly used as a cruiser no real damage, the bottom is peeling a little, the wheels spin good, and it turns properly, would it be safe to use? if not what would the major concerns be? thanks

You might want to invest in some new trucks and wheels. The trucks and pins may be rusted which could lead to breaking if you ride it a lot. 30 year old wheels have probably lost their grip meaning it'll be hard for you to stop and keep control. Maybe check out some new bearings and nuts just to be safe. You can buy some good abec 7s for about $10.

If it is as old as you say, the wheels and bushings have probably turned hard. If so, the wheels will start to chunk out and the bushings will blow. Unless you are bombing hills, neither will be more than an inconvenience. Other than that, skate it till it breaks.
