IS this pc build good enough to play games and stream?

I am looking for a pc build that wont break my bank to much for use only for gaming and streaming purposes. This is a build that can only cost me 1200$ or so and was wondering if could do what i need it to. I will be playing games such as league of legends, smite, hearthstone and some call of duty. Will this build stream, play the game and hold performance all at same time. Please add any other builds or links to builds that you think are in this price range that are around this quality ty. I am looking for lower cpu usage from streaming on bos and playing the stated games above ty again. I don't want to pay more then 1300$.

Any i5 or i7 will be able to stream and play games

    some advice,

no point in that motherboard and the k series cpu if ur not going to overclock, your paying for things your not even going to be using.

16 gigs of ram is useless. 8 gigs is more than enough.

800 watts power supply is overkill, (even if u were going to OC, 800w is overkill) get a 550w psu.

also, by looking at your build, seems like ur budget is high, so throw in a SSD. (a samsung 840 series is good)

however, if ur rich as hell, and cost doesnt matter, u might as well just keep the CPU, mobo, and ram, but still, dont use the 800w psu. (trying to make a point that even if u can afford a higher watt psu, getting a higher watt than what you need is bad for your rig, PSU are optimal at 40-60% load, and a 800w psu will operate at lower than 40% load)
