Is it real? It looks really real because he literally pushed an old lady off the stage but the ending seemed like it was a hoax...

It's really obvious that it's a prank. It's just the kind of thing Cohen is famous for. It came out later that the woman was a stunt woman. If you look at the 'choreography' of Cohen dancing around with the cane, and how it broke and he fell against the back of the wheelchair, it really looks obvious.

Besides, if he'd really pushed a woman in a wheelchair off a stage, don't you think he'd be a little upset? Even Sascha Baron Cohen has SOME feelings. 8^)
