A--while in office, $3 trillion was added to the deficit, over half of which are due to the tax cuts. The permanent extension of them is costing about $3 trillion over the next decade.

B (he hadn't yet been elected) He did talk about reducing taxes on capital gains and dividends, but not the sweeping cuts after he got into office.
