Today Cindy and her friend Jessie, who just returned from the States, are having a luncheon. They talked about the cuisine culture in each of their own country.

Cindy: Do you know Asians main staple is rice or rice based.

Jessie: Oh really!? It's not like my country where potatoes are our main source, like mashed potatoes or French fries.

Cindy: But I like our version of fries. They are made from sweet potatoes.

Jessie: Oh! I had them in Taiwan before. They are covered with sweet powder.

Cindy: That's called plum powder. I like it too.

Jessie: How about you tell me what of food you especially like in my country?

Cindy I really love pizza, especially the thick heavy cheese.

Jessie: Oh that's really hard to resist, right!? Is pizza popular here too?

Cindy: Of course, we have an improved local version! it's made from rice. This rice version is more suitable for our Asians' taste.

Jessie: Hope I have a chance to try it too. I am really tired of hamburger and fries. But don't you have to use chopsticks in order to eat Chinese food. It's so hard.

Cindy: Your knife and fork etiquette is also very complicated. The only thing difficult in our eating custom is how to handle chopsticks.

Jessie: OK then someday you can teach me how to use chopsticks and I will teach you the etiquette in using knife and fork.

    Cindy: No problem.
