咬死類似于一種冷熔接過程,主因是工件組裝/鎖入時速度、摩擦產生瞬間高溫致金屬熔合而產生沾黏現象。這種咬死現象經常發生在不銹鋼、合金材料的螺絲、螺母上(其中又以不銹鋼對咬死最為敏感),是因為這 些金屬合金表面受損時,在其表面會產生氧化膜層以防止進一步銹蝕。當緊固件鎖緊時,接觸的螺紋表面受到的壓力會破壞氧化膜,失去氧化膜的金屬接觸點會發生剝落而產生相互咬緊。


二、檢測紀錄調查 :

扭力值符合-(6 ~30 IN/LBS)。敝司有使用潤滑油進行測試。

三、複測結果 :

扭力板手已送外校正,需等到11/14 or 15 號才會回廠,到時後會做比對測試,電鍍前、電鍍後各測一顆,來分析結果。

This is oftenoccurs in galling stainless steel, alloys material of the screw , the nut (among which the most sensitive Stainless clench ) , since these metal alloysurface is damaged , the surface produce a layer of film to prevent furtheroxidation corrosion. When the fastener is tightened , the oxide film of thecontact surface of the screw will be damaged by pressure , the loses of metaloxide film contact points will cause peeling and clenched .

    To solve this problem the most simple and effective solution is to "lubricate " treatment , it is recommended customers can put the dry style transparentfilm lubricant on the surface of the workpiece can significantly improve thethreaded clench ( stuck ) phenomenon .

    Torque values ​​match - (6 ~ 30 IN / LBS). Ourcompany has the use of lubricants for testing.

    3. The retest results :

    Torque wrench has been sent to external calibration , we need to wait until11/14 or 15, when it is back to the factory , then, we will do the retest, onebefore plating , and one after plating , to analyze the results .
