PPR - Riley Cooper or Harry Douglas?

I would need to drop Harry Douglas in order to pickup Riley Cooper.

Steve Smith - Playing

Roddy White - Tentativley Playing

Denarius Moore - Playing

Percy Harvin. - OUT

Danny Amendola - BYE

Suggestions are greatly appreciated.

Start Douglas even if White plays. Cooper had his big game last week. It's not so likely to be repeated.
