Samsung Smart TV unable to connect to the server?

I am in UK and have recently bought a Samsung 32" smart tv model F4510

I have done all the tv setup, channels are all tuned in. I then clicked the smart hub button to set that up... It prompts for a wireless internet connection, which I set up and is fine, says connected, and then it tried to load the server, but comes up with an error that says "unable to connect to the server, please contact samsung service centre."

Does anyone have a solution before I spend ages on hold to Samsung getting charged for something that may be an easy fix??

I really would suggest contacting Samsung. You might be able to try doing a chat with their tech people before you call if you are concerned.

I have found a possible solution to this problem.

    -Go to "TV" Input

    -Menu

    -Support

    -Software Update

    -Online

This has fixed this problem for me about 95% of the time.
