Insane Black Rock Shooter is another form of Black Rock Shooter.

She made her very first appearance in a BRS series in the TV animation of BlackRock Shooter as it's main antagonist.

Being another form of BRS, IBRS has a real spiky hair, does not have any scars on her midriff, and her trademark fangs are not shown. Her broken star symbol seems different too

Her purple eyes have a circular pattern in them. All the other selves have white pupils in their eyes, including BRS, IBRS has red pupils. While BRS only ignites her eye flame at certain points during battle, Insane BRS eye flame is constantly active.
