Why did Barack select Jeh Johnson recently for a post?
- 7 years agoFavorite Answer
Jeh Charles Johnson, born September 11, 1957, a renowned criminal and civil attorney, has a long history of public service, including a stint with the Clinton administration and several years as a U.S. prosecutor for New York, where he prosecuted public corruption cases. For the past three years, Jeh Johnson has worked at the Department of Homeland Security and is eminently qualified to replace departing head of DHS, former Arizona Governor Janet Napolitano.

Because he has the necessary experience to be successful in the position. Since you are a conservative, you hate that.
