Ronald Reagan remains the president with the most people to actually leave his administration under a cloud of scandal or criminal prosecution. Followed by Nixon.
The Republican strategy is to make up just whatever fake scandals they can think of, then to repeat them all in a growing laundry list even after most of them have been totally discredited. So you might as well as 'When before did we ever have a president who was a Muslim and a communist and born in Kenya?'

So, what you're saying is that you are normally a rather ignorant person when it comes to the government. It's only when there is a hot scandal do you actually bother to learn the names of those in power.
Don't you feel ashamed, now that this is pointed out to you?
Oh, and I think there were plenty of names known under Bush. Not picking on Bush, not blaming him, just saying that there were a ton of names names under his administration.
