Is there any risk by using silicon baking paper?
I have a baking paper which contain silicon (maybe to make it last long) , is it dangerous for my health?

If it were dangerous to your health, I would hope it would be banned. The FDA has certified that silicon is safe to use for baking. Most parchment paper contains silicon which is what allows baked goods to release easily from the pan. Look for the FDA symbol.
Some companies make a vegetable parchment. Kirkland (the Costco Brand) Parchment Paper is one. Look for the GVP symbol.

It is made of silicon to tolerate the oven temperatures.
It's not commonly mention but they have to be used on a metal tray and not directly over the elements below.
If they were dangerous to your health they wouldn't be available
