Like my girlfriend thinks shes such a perfect Christian and insists on collecting her self help books. Now I just want to make sure she is as good as she says she is in her book

Ok ,let me correct that Liar Supastar, Joyce Meyers has never had a tax evasion problem.
In 2009, Joyce Meyer Ministries received accreditation from the Evangelical Council for Financial Accountability (ECFA). In an announcement on March 12, 2009, the ECFA said that Joyce Meyer Ministries and Oral Roberts University had met their requirements of "'responsible stewardship', which involves ministries' financial accountability, transparency, board governance and fund-raising practices.

Also as it pertains to her wealth?
She responded that she doesn't have to defend her spending habits because "...there's no need for us to apologize for being blessed."[8] Meyer commented, "You can be a businessman here in St. Louis, and people think the more you have, the more wonderful it is...but if you’re a preacher, then all of a sudden it becomes a problem."[8]

I have her Battlefield of the Mind series, it is a good study.

Well, there was that whole tax evasion thing....
Lets not forget the $1.475 million to buy three houses for the three Meyer children.
Of course, there is also that corporate jet and luxury cars, a $2 million home where all bills are paid by the ministry, and a separate $50,000-a-year housing allowance.

Joyce uses the Bible to help people live their everyday lives by its concepts. I see no problem in that. If she chooses to get her books that is up to her. If you start being a control freak you will lose her.

She has taken a lot of money from some very gullible people in order to satify her own greed. Its her kind of Christian that turns mainstream people away from it all.
