What is meant by "new age influences" in a piece of music?

    New age music is a specific genre you can better understand by listening to online - choose YouTube for example and do a search from there. If a piece of music has new age influences, the author of that remark is suggesting that it was influenced by new age styles, instruments, etc. It's a fairly easy to understand statement really.
