I am unable to see old mail on my PC and smartphone but able to see old mail on my MAC at home. Please advise?

As of Friday 10/04/13 my old mail is not available on my PC and smartphone. If I check on my MAC it is all there. Please advise on how to fix. I can use infinite scroll on Sent mail but not in the inbox.

If the new full-featured version of Yahoo mail isn't for you, you should check out Yahoo Basic. Your email is displayed in page view (25 emails per page) and you have the standard First page, Next page, Previous page, and Last page controls.

If you're in the market for a new email provider because you don't like either the full version or Yahoo Basic, I'm told that Inbox.com looks and works much like Yahoo Classic. If you don't like that one there are a dozen more listed in the article below that you can try. You're bound to like one more than you like the new Yahoo mail.

Parts of my mail disappeared also. This is Yahoo's idea of fresh and improved. They refuse to listen to their customers.
