is it hard finding a job as an elementary teacher in the Dallas, Texas area?

I'm a freshman in college in Missouri and i'm planning on getting my Bachelors degree. I want to teach elementary school in the Dallas, Texas area and I plan on moving there a few years after I graduate college and have had some experience teaching in Missouri. I have a few questions...

1. Do I have to be bi-lingual to be an elementary teacher? I've seen most elementary school openings around Dallas have required being bi-lingual.

2. Should I get my masters?

3. Is the pay a good amount and are there always job openings?

    1. No

3.that depends on the district as to pay, but there are always opening.

Do Not work for the Dallas Independent School District.

Work for a suburb district or a private school.

I would say Plano, Frisco, Allen, or McKinney would be good.
