    Competitive battle or in-game?

    Competitive: Dual Screen

    > Basically, Serperior is still Dual screen without hidden ability.

    Intense sunlight

Increases the power of Fire-type moves by 50%.

Decreases the power of Water-type moves by 50%.

Allows SolarBeam to be used instantly.

Lowers accuracy of Thunder and Hurricane to 50%.

Causes Moonlight, Synthesis, and Morning Sun to recover ⅔ of max HP (full HP in Generation II).

In Generation V, causes Growth to raise Attack and Special Attack two stages each.

Activates the following Abilities: Chlorophyll, Dry Skin, Flower Gift, Forecast, Leaf Guard, Solar Power.

Removes the chance of Harvest failing to restore a consumed Berry.

Changes Weather Ball to a Fire-type move and doubles its power, Castform to its Sunny form, and Cherrim to its Sunshine form.

    Prevent Pokémon becoming frozen.

Can be lengthened from 5 to 8 turns with the use of the Heat Rock.

Team: (Sun team used for Emboar :p)

    Serperior @Leftovers

    EVs: 252 HP / 4 Def / 4 SpA / 4 SpD / 244 Spe

    Timid Nature

    -Light Screen

    -Reflect

    -Giga Drain

    -Glare / Taunt / Protect

    Or spam your Solar Beam

    Serperior @Life Orb

    - Glare

    - Growth

    - Solar Beam

    - Hidden Power (Fire/Ground 60-70)

    Ninetales @Leftovers

    252 HP / 6 SDef / 252 Spd

    Timid Nature

    Ability: Drought

    -Flamethrower

    -Toxic

    -Disable

    -Substitute

On a Sun team, Ninetales is your most important member so you don't want it

to go down easily. This defensive set allows Ninetales to act more as a

    staller.

    Leafeon @Leftovers

    EVs: 252 HP / 6 Atk / 252 Def

    Impish Nature

    Ability: Leaf Guard

    -Leaf Blade

    -Wish

    -Protect

    -Heal Bell/Yawn

Leafeon is a good physical wall for a Sun team, able to wall opponent Water

types without worrying about status due to Leaf Guard.

    Leavanny @Leftovers

    EVs: 252 HP / 6 SDef / 252 Spd

    Jolly Nature

    Ability: Chlorophyll

    -Agility

    -Swords Dance/Hone Claws

    -Baton Pass

    -Leaf Blade/X-Scissor

Leavanny can also play the role of team support by passing Speed and Attack

    boosts to another team member.

    Volcorona @Leftovers

    EVs: 248 HP / 252 SAtk / 20 Spd

    Timid Nature

    -Quiver Dance

    -Fiery Dance

    -Bug Buzz

    -Morning Sun

Volcorona loves Sunny weather, but hates Stealth Rock. Morning Sun is the

    answer to both.

    Tropius @Lum Berry

    EVs: 6 HP / 252 SAtk / 252 Spd

    Jolly Nature

    Ability: Harvest

    -Leaf Blade

    -Earthquake

    -Return/Rest

    -Dragon Dance

Tropius doesn't have to stall, it can also sweep after a couple of Dragon

Dances. With Harvest, you are practically immune to status since Lum Berry

will cure you and then regenerate afterwards.

    Special Pokémon

    Cherrim @Hot Rock

    EVs: 6 HP / 252 SAtk / 252 Spd

    Modest Nature

    -Sunny Day

    -Energy Ball

    -Hidden Power [Fire]

    -Protect

This set is useable in 1 vs. 1 battles, but it works best in 2 vs. 2. Set up

a Sunny Day to boost your stats and those of your partner.

You can always mix and match some Pokémon and moves as you like.

Using a sun team to make Serperior usable. Even tho' Rain and Sand team are more popular but...It's just a game. Have fun.

In-Game: Elite 4, Champion, Team Plasma.

    > Your starter doesn't do much.

    > Haxorus, Krokodile & Archeops. Focus on these 3.

    Archeops (Flying gem)

Acrobatic, Rock Slide, Hone Claw, Dragon Claw

Haxorus (Leftover/Life Orb/ Amulet coin) - Mold breaker

Dragon Dance, Outrage(Axew 56; can use Dragon Claw), Brick Break (TM31) , Earthquake (Post Game; use Aerial Ace for Elite 4 for the time being)

    Krookodile (Fight/Darkgem) Moxie - Jolly

    Earthquake(54), Crunch(28), Brick Break(TM31), Outrage (60)

Jolly nature to boost Krookodile not so fast Speed. Moxie will boost attack by 1 stage per enemy KOed.

Confagrigus Mummy ability is a pain in the butt but by using Archeops, you're turning it into an advantage. Acrobatic double its power when user holding nothing. Its Archeops strongest level up STAB.

    .

    E4 Ghost & Ghetsis

    1. Acrobatic on Confagrigus will change Archeops Defeatist into Mummy before its effect kicks in.

    2. Hone Claw to boost attack and accuracy

    3. Sweep. Acrobatic for anything not immuned to flying, Rock slide for Flinch and Dragon Claw for dragons.

Archen learn Dragon Claw at 48. Evolve after you learned it.

    E4 Dark

    Krookodile (Fightgem)

    Brick break all the way

    E4 Psychic

    Krookodile (Dark Gem)

    Crunch all the way

    E4 Fighthing

Haxorus. Dragon Dance then Aerial Ace all the way.

N battle always start with Zekrom/Reshiram.

Just DD then sweep with Haxorus Brick break

Using these 3 can cover the whole Elite 4 team as well as Champion Iris(BW2), N and Ghetsis.

    Not bad versus Alder too.

1 slot for a status and another for False Swipe. Last slot leave it for Legendary dragon so you could check the IV.
