Which is correct (english)?

a friend posted a youtube video to my facebook (a song by Fiona Apple) and he wrote "I was listening to this today- have you heard this one?"

I was going to reply "yeah, its one of my favorites" or "its one of my favorites by her"

but Im not sure which reply is grammatically correct? I don't speak English very well.

Either response will work. The first one it is "understood" that you are talking about Fiona Apple's song because he just referenced it. But the first one COULD be taken to mean "out of all the sings you like (by Fiona or anyone else) this one is one of your favourites. Therefore, the second example specifies that out of all her songs, this one is your favourite.

Either one would be correct. "It's" meaning "it is" should have an apostrophe.
