    You can stay in the U.S. 90 days a year. With out getting B.O. care. It is not looking bad to some to do just that. If you have a income above the Government level. And can manage from overseas. Then return for medacare at 65. And see how that looks to you. Thinking about such myself. Wait till October to make up my mind there. And do a cost study of all. More to it than just insurance cost. But cost of living and a place you wish to live that has what you want there in life.
