Are pomsky puppies real?

They're apparently a mix between a husky and a Pomeranian dog. Is this a real dog? And any information on them?

there is no such dog called a "pomsky". That is a made up name to market a mongrel for a higher price tag. No legit breeder, kennel, breed club, or registry uses such a term.

mutts do exist tho.. and a mutt could be a mix of anything.

There is no "information" on specific mixes. There are NO guarantees on traits or qualities of a mix. It could be any size, have any coat type, have the genetic health issues of either breed, have any temperament. Genetics are a crapshot with mutts.

I did not say anything negative about mixes.. just TRUTH

and I also have a mutt.. she is one of a kind, unique.

Im just not deluded to think that a specific mix is going to have set traits.

Oh dear god. A Pomsky? Are you serious? This whole designer mutt thing happened because one guy wanted to do something good. The Labradoodle was created by a guide-dog trainer, for the purpose of creating a dog that could be used as a guide dog with the Labrador skills, for a blind lady that also suffered from fur allergies - which is where the Poodle came in. He put lots of hard work & effort into the breeding the right dog for this lady, and he tested all of the puppies to see if they'd inherited the 'hypo-allergenic' fur-type, only three puppies inherited this & in a recent interview, he admitted that he wishes he never bred at all because people are taking advantage of it for money and have no soul purpose to why they're breeding mutts. Rant over. Either buy a purebred Pomeranian or a Purebred Husky. Why would you mix two completely different breeds together? If you DO find someone breeding this mix, then it's likely the puppies won't be of sound temperament & probably won't be healthy, because all the 'breeder' cares about is the profit made and they don't give two sh*ts about the end result for the customers, the health of the mother and the puppies. Anybody that tells you they breed 'Pomskies', don't trust them.

Pomsky? Buy a Proper dog. A Pomsky is not a real dog, no. The name for that would be mutt. What's wrong with a Pomeranian? Or if you really want a mutt, get one for next to nothing at a shelter. Don't pay a load of money for it

My dog is a mix. I have never loved a dog this much in my life. He is 15.9 years old and still loves to go on his walks and runs. He is healthy. He's a Poodle and Terrier mix. I hate it when people talk so horribly about mixes like the other poster. None of my pure breeds have ever lived as long as my mix. It doesn't matter to me if a dog is a pure breed or not. It's whats inside the dog that matters. All dogs deserve to be loved. Pure breed or mix.

Pomsky puppies are real. Yes they are a mix but I am not so elite that I have to have a pure bred. Pomsky's are adorable.

You're an idiot. He didn't say anything bad about mutts he just said the truth, they can have the genetic traits of either breed, good or bad, they can look like anything, no specific traits at all. He never said anything negative he just said the truth. I've had both pure
