Are ATF WWII service boots authorized to wear in the army today?

The ATF Service boots are the WWI Paratrooper "double buckle" lace up boots that are the same material and color of the standard issue Belleville boots worn with the ACU. Are the ATF boots IAW the Uniform Ala card for authorized aftermarket boots?
