My MO blood result came back as 10.8%. Is this cause for concern?

In my family there is a history of glandular fever, chronic fatigue and leukemia. I am always tired but otherwise healthy. I live a very busy life so it is excusable to be tired! My doctor says a 10.8% is nothing to worry about. She doesn't know my family history (hasn't asked and I didn't offer).
Does anyone out there know whether I should pursue this, wait and check it in a year's time or can it be dismissed as nothing to worry about - hoping its the latter!
