Keep you back straight and do as many as you can before you start getting tired. Stop, wait awhile, then do another set with the exact same amount of push -ups that you did before. Once you feel strong enough, change to normal push-ups.
Second, is your core (aka abs). Just do sit-ups in two sets the same way I said about the push-ups. Your core is extremely important for any sport.

Time yourself doing it until you get tired. Wait awhile and then do a second set for the same amount of time.
Do all of these either everyday, or every other day. Remember, never strain yourself! Also, once you feel strong enough, try to either increase the amount of time you wall sit or the number of push-ups/sit-ups you do.
Also, there is no way to make your boobs any smaller. On the bright side, none of these exersices should make them bounce around too much, but if they do get in the way then try wearing a sports bra. Hope this helped :)
