When forming the -ing form of a verb in Spanish, you add what to the verb stem instead of "-ing"?
A. -o, -as, -a, -amos, -aís,-an
B. -o for masculine, -a for feminine, -s or -es for plural
C. -ando for -ar verbs, -iendo for -er/-ir verbs
D. -o, -es, -e, -emos, -eís, -en
E. estoy, estás, está, estámos, estaís, están

-ing in Spanish is known as el gerundio. It can also be used in the form of the present progressive.
