I'm pretty sure that he's trying to be metaphorical. In his new song "Berzerk" he states that he's going to "bring it back to that vintage, slim *****." Which basically means that he's trying to get back into his slim shady persona again. He's trying to take his music old school. Plus he named his new album the "Marshall Mathers LP2" but, he already has a "Marshall Mathers LP".
