How long to achieve core muscles?
Hey guys, I'm a skinny guy (1.76m H and over 63kg) I have around 13% body fat probably less.
I don't want to be a monster, I just want myself to have the muscles showing up.
I will go to a gym for 3 months nonstop everyday, going to the "ABS / CHEST" Lesson, Its a painful lesson where we do 30 mins of weird stuff like all kind of planks push ups strange exercises I dont even know the name. SO, Basically should 3 months to the job?

No!!!! You shouldn't go every day! If you want to build any muscle at all you have to have days of rest in between working out. Some experts say that muscles actually require up to 5 days to fully heal after working out. But 1 to 2 days is usually the recommended time. Good luck!!!
