Very Sad/Death Anime Recommendations?
it's kinda of weird, but i have a craving for a very sad, depressional, emotional anime. It can have a sad ending like X/1999 where the main character dies, or in the middle/beginning of the anime, such as 07 Ghost. Multiple times of sadness/teary events are good too, like Code Geass. Or maybe even like a love triangle break-up such as Vampire Knight (though i prefer if someone dies...) Or just a depressing ending like Angel Beats. I'm looking for a short anime, not like Naruto with 200+ episodes. Maximum 50 episodes please. No ecchi! Any suggestions?

Oh, yeah, sorry, I already know about Clannad After Story. Freakishly sad... Made me cry my heart out. And I've already seen Black Lagoon as well. And yeah, I know I seen a lot of anime, but u guys didn't need to look through the ENTIRE list. It's just there cuz some I never watched or partly watched, but since people recommend them to me, I'm looking for more answers. But thanks you all!!!!! All answers are welcome! I don't mind if u repeat some on that's already on my (very) long list cuz it might convince me to re-watch them again!

WOW you have watched allot of anime. There were some i would recommend but they were already on your list but im pretty sure i didn't see Black Lagoon in there. This is a sad and quite a dark anime with action and also a few funny scenes. One of the arc's about vampire twins is extremely good and at the same time disturbing and very sad. you need to watch it to experience it.

Watch clannad, it's not that sad but it's basically setting you up for clannad after story where youll cry like a little girl ;)
Kimi ga nozumu eien is quite sad depressing and emotional.
Youv watched a lot of anime so quite surprised you havnt seen clannad which is really popular!

Clannad will make you cry. Mainly the After Story. I'm kinda repeating what the other guy said but it's true. Good anime though
