Hi David. Peter Jackson surely fought plenty of great fighters such as James Corbett and James Jeffries. However, he was decent at best. I have to disagree with you, because I believe Rocky Marciano had the power advantage and the chin advantage. Jackson had about 30 KOs in 44 wins. Marciano had 43 KOs in 49 wins. Also, all three of Jackson's losses were by KO, while Marciano has never been KOed or lost a fight. Conditioning is about even to me, even though Jackson fought more rounds. I think Jackson was flat footed, and would be stopped late.

I gotta give Rock the edge in just about every category, I don't see Jackson lasting the distance against Marciano.
