I don't know much about Bosnian, Bulgarian, Serbian, Croatian, Macedonian (well, these three are the same, linguistically) or Albanian names
but I can give you some Romanian female names
Ileana, Leana - derivates from Elena
Maria, Mărioara, Mariana, Mioara

I don't know any Albanian names, perhaps "Teresa".
Bulgarian female names are a mixture between Turkish ((Arabic); especially near the border with Turkey), Russian and Serbian names.
Romanian names are similar to Russian and old Romanic names.
Macedonian names are mostly Serbian.
