Buyer doesn't understand 'locked' cell phones on eBay. Left negative feedback. Anything I can do?
I sold a TMobile locked cell phone on eBay for 1.99. It had wear and it was old but it worked. The guy who bought it doesn't understand what locked means, and complains the memory card he originally had doesn't fit in the cell phone (not my problem, I didn't sell him the card) and his ATT sim card isn't working. He's already left negative feedback and told me hes "opening a case on PayPal" because the "phone is broken". He doesn't seem to understand what locked means when I've explained to him. And he doesn't understand the memory card he has can't fit in the phone. He doesn't seem to understand English from the messages. It's crazy. Is there anything I can possibly do?
