How to Stop Snoring for Real? What are some Effective Stop Snoring Solutions?

I'd like to know how to stop snoring for real please, because it's a really embarrasing and upsetting problem for me, that's ruining my health and self-esteem. I've suffered with snoring for several years and the lack of sleep is meaning my performance at work is suffering too and obviously this is a life-threatenign disorder so.. nothing I have tried so far has worked and I am getting really fed up. If anyone knows how to stop snoring can they please tell me??!

It looks a bit wierd but is actually really comfortable to wear and makes an isntant difference in reducing the noise of snoring, and also makes it so you can sleep soundly. I wish I'd found it sooner, but at least now I won't have to spend any more money on (useless) meds from my doctor!

    My husband snores horribly. I can’t sleep it makes me tired. He always says that i need to put on earplugs, but i hate that feeling when something is in my ears and i feel unsafe when doing so. I keep thinking that anyone can come and steal everything while I am deaf from earplugs and my husband sleeps like a rock. I want some solution that would stop him from snoring. He refuses go to doctors. Some recommendations?

      Oh my god, i have been here. My husband AND my dog both snored. I can make my dog sleep in the other room, but somehow my husband refuses to sleep on the couch. What helped me stop that snoring was this http://trkur.com/31908/9369 Maybe it will help you too. Good luck.

    You can obviously stop your snoring habbit for sure but it takes time slowly slowly it will go. you have to change your habbits, Sleep on time, do regular exercise, Loose weight. Avoid smoking and alcohol dont sleep on your back..
