Which Video Card is Better?

Well, a month after the warranty burnt out, so did my video card. I had a nvidia gtx 550 ti video card and it was my baby. Now I'm out to buy a new one but I'm on a budget. I'm trying my best not to spend over $200 (including shipping), and I want as close or better than the one I had. That card was around $150 a year ago, so I figured I could get one better for just as much. Problem is I'm having a hard time. Right now I'm stuck between 2 video cards:

Also, I'm pretty sure there's something else out there and I just can't find it, so please feel free to post your own suggestions. I'm only use to looking at the core clock speed as the base for my comparisons, so if you post something or have a suggestion, please tell me as to why it's better. I WILL choose a best answer.

Update:

Also, I have a 650watt power supply and a very versatile and big case/motherboard, so don't worry too much about room.

This will give you even more performance. Also, at $220 you can pick up a 7950 shipped on newegg, and $250 nets you a GTX 760 if you prefer Nvidia. You could also get a 7850 like this one for under $150 all said and done:

The Radeons currently come with a games bundle.

Use tomshardware to look up benchmarks, or google for benchmarks in your specific games.

A 650ti is a decent card (and an improvement over your old one), but there are other options in your budget to look at.

I would go for this one: http://www.amazon.com/exec/obidos/ASIN/B00CBQNFO4/...

You probably want the little extra performance of the card and this one has the little extra, since it's factory overclocked. It will still be a bit hotter than the unclocked one, but still it doesn't make very much sense since it's just a few degrees.
