The best thing you can do is report them to the authorities. The people who do that need to be shut down and even prosecuted.

The FBI wants you to report them to the Internet Crime Complaint Center (ICCC). There's a link to it on this page (see box on upper right):

Get a display of the full header on that e-mail (a command on the Action menu). Copy all the information in it and paste it into the copy of the e-mail that you forward to the ICCC to help them identify and locate the perpetrator. (Whether or not you can use that information yourself to "find out who" will depend on how sophisticated the perpetrator is at disguising their identity.)

Since they're spoofing your own e-mail address to send these things to you (I assume that's what you mean by "using my e-mail") you won't be able to prevent these e-mails from arriving by blocking the sender's address, but you might be able to create filters for words in the subject line to divert any such emails that appear in your Inbox to your Trash or Spam folders. There's a link to instructions for that on this page, as well as some other advice for "stopping" (really all it will do is "minimize") spam:

Here's another page about protecting yourself from Phishing and spoofing which has valuable information for you:

    Good luck!
