Most of the things are cheaper in Saudi Arabia than Europe, and America.
Oil is VERY cheap, food, clothes, cars (not always). Saudi Arabia has
no sales tax like most western countries.

Depends on your perception. Air and plenty of sunshine in Saudi Arabia will be really cheap just like anywhere else. Apart from that things depend on your definition of "cheap" and "expensive".

I dont know about the dude above, but city water is cheap.. we pay our water bill like every 2 or 3 years cause its just pennys... I think we pay something like 30sr every 5 years on our city water bill.. too cheap..
Gas/petrol is cheap also..
and produce and grocery items (local) are cheap.. imported items from the west are costly, but you can always find a local brand that is comparable and just as good..
same as clothing.. western imports are expensive, but asian clothing are cheaper..
electronics are very reasonable..

If you consider something as cheap or expensive depends on your point of view and budget. At least things are taxfree:)
Speaking in general, local and Asian imported things are cheaper than western imports.
