The best way to take revenge on your enemy is by being successful. Focus on your own life and don't live for the opinion of others. While your doing this, smile. A simple smile shows confidence and happiness.

Ive never heard it before, but i would guess:

Kill them successfully, ie without witnesses/getting caught or noticed. Bury them happy knowing you've gotten away with it and they are out of your life. Or your problems is sovled.

Or on a more mental side.

Fill them up with fame and fortunes, and watch as their ego collapses in on itself.

It means, you should kill them without any trace or witness to avoid scandals and bury the event in your mind because if you stay to bury them in the earth, you might be noticed.

It means that they are for your haters, instead of minding what they say about you. Show them you don't care, and tease them with your success. :) because haters would only want to see you at your lowest.
